While we are looking for a flight volunteer, our US volunteer will prepare all the paperwork.  All canines entering the U.S. must have health certificates and a Permit Entry issued by The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), and an entry number issued by The Department of Homeland Security.

The health certificates are in both Korean and English so you can show the health certificate to your veterinarian.

Our US volunteer will give you updates via text messages.
